Prestige Plumbing Services started in 2009 when Dave Halloran โ a qualified plumber with ten years of experience under his belt โ decided there had to be a better way to run a plumbing business in Manchester.
The problem wasn't technical skill. There were plenty of capable plumbers around. The problem was reliability. Too many tradespeople were turning up late, not communicating, leaving jobs unfinished, or quoting one price and charging another. Dave had heard the complaints from friends, family, and neighbours too many times.
So he set out to build a plumbing company that operated the way customers actually wanted: honest quotes, confirmed appointment times, clean workmanship, and clear communication throughout. He started with just himself and a van. Within three years he had taken on two engineers. Today the team numbers six, all directly employed, all Gas Safe registered, all trained to the same standard.
