How a Gas Safety Inspection Works

Straightforward, thorough and completed in a single visit — including the certificate.

Book the Inspection

Provide the address and access details. We can work with tenants directly or via a key. Recurring annual schedules available.

Engineer Attends

Our Gas Safe engineer arrives at the agreed time. They'll need access to all gas appliances — boiler, hob, any gas fires. Typically 45–60 minutes.

Full Check

Each appliance is checked for safe operation, ventilation, flue operation and gas tightness. Supply pipework is also checked for leaks. Any issues are clearly documented.

Certificate Issued

The CP12 is issued digitally the same day. You'll receive a copy to pass to your tenants within 28 days (or before they move in for new tenancies).
