Accounts preparation — done right, explained clearly.

Your year-end accounts prepared by a qualified accountant. Filed with HMRC and Companies House on time, with a plain English explanation of what the numbers mean for your business.

What accounts preparation involves

Preparing your year-end accounts is more than a box-ticking exercise. Done properly, it gives you an accurate picture of how your business performed over the year, what tax you owe, and — importantly — where the money went.

We prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. For limited companies, we handle the full filing with Companies House and HMRC Corporation Tax return. You receive a clear summary in plain English alongside the formal documents.

  • Year-end accounts for sole traders and partnerships
  • Statutory accounts for limited companies
  • Corporation tax return preparation and filing
  • Companies House filing (limited companies)
  • Plain English profit and loss summary
  • Tax position calculation and planning
  • Review of allowable expenses and deductions

When do you need your accounts?

Limited companies must file with Companies House within 9 months of their year end, and with HMRC within 12 months. Sole traders file through self-assessment by 31 January. We track your deadlines and make sure you're always ahead of them.
